We pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship and timely delivery of all our products. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order promptly.

Shipping Timeframe

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Orders with standard shipping typically ship within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.

Domestic Shipping

We offer standard shipping for all orders within the UK. Orders should arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with a few exceptions. Please note, international shipments are subject to additional customs, duties, and fees, and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Delivery times for international orders vary based on destination. Generally, international orders arrive within 7-21 business days from the shipping date.

Shipping Carriers

We use several shipping providers – Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. The carrier responsible for delivering your order will depend on the size and weight of your items, as well as the destination.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For international orders, we offer a flat rate based on the destination country.
