Arch Colours water-based screen printing ink system is 100% solvent free and environmentally friendly.

Our Originals range of 40 premium colours are very easy to use and are perfect for printing onto light toned fabrics, paper or card.

At Arch Colours we pride ourselves on being environmentally friendly with a versatile, completely solvent free, water-based textile printing ink range. Our inks are manufactured in Great Britain and used by industry professionals and first-time screen printers alike.

All inks have been pre-mixed so do not require a binder or additional medium. They have a very low odour and are easily cleaned up with water.

Arch Colours inks deliver a rich, intense colour across the entire product range. When printed, they have an exceptional soft handle, giving brilliant prints with a high colour yield and excellent wash and rub fastness. Ideal for industry professionals as well as those printing at home, school, or college.

Available in 250g, 500g and 1kg containers.

Hand ironing guidelines: 2–3 mins @ 160°C | 5–6 mins @ 140°C | 8–9 mins @ 120°C

Fixing information is for guidance only. We recommend printing and wash testing a sample before running the full batch.

For paper/card, use a finer mesh (90–120 / 230–305). Use a rectangular squeegee blade with a soft/medium 65–70 shore and a 3–4mm snap. Stencils must be made with a water-resistant screen emulsion. Clean up with water and mild detergent.
