Application Guidance:

1. Compatibility: Ideal for cotton and poly-cotton blends, FOIL BOND 40 ADHESIVE can be utilized alone or alongside other printing products. In multi-colour designs, it should be applied in the last position to ensure vibrant finishes.

2. Curing & Pressing: Optimal adhesion is achieved by curing printed garments or panels for 2 minutes at 150°C (300°F). For foil and flock applications, use a pneumatic heat press at 165°C (330°F), adjusting pressure for perfect results.

3. Professional Finish: Allow fabric to cool after pressing to facilitate the easy removal of release paper, leaving the exquisite colored lacquer on your fabric's printed areas.

Technical Specifications:

• Mesh & Squeegee Recommendations: Utilize a 32 - 43T mesh and a medium 65° Shore rectangular squeegee for accurate application.
• Pigment & Additives: To enhance your prints, incorporate up to 6% Eco Pigments, Retardant Gel, and Crosslinker 100 for increased durability and vibrance.
