Application Guidance:

1. Printing Technique: For best outcomes, utilize 32 - 43T (86 - 110) mesh screens. To maximize texture, print in the last screen to minimize pickup from subsequent screens.

2. Curing Instructions: Attain perfect puff effects by curing at a maximum of 150°C (305°F) for 3 minutes.

Print BINDER Additives (Optional):

Tailor your printing experience with our optional additives:

• Retardent Gel Conc (2% max): Lengthens open time on the screen as needed.
• Clear CSP (1% max): A viscosity thickener to adjust the texture to your preference.
• Crosslinker 500 (3% max): Lowers curing time and/or temperature to 120°C (248°F) for 2 minutes, streamlining your production.

Technical Specifications:

• Mesh & Squeegee: Employ a 32 - 43T mesh and a 60/90/60 Shore rectangular squeegee at a 15° angle for accurate application.
• Stencil: Use a water-resistant emulsion stencil with standard EOM thickness for crisp print definition.
