This ready-to-use print paste combines the luxury of suede with the softness and durability required for high-quality textile finishing.

Application Guidance:

1. Printing Technique: For optimal results, use 32 - 43T (86 - 110) mesh screens with a 60/90/60 Shore rectangular squeegee, maintaining a 3 - 4mm off-contact distance. SUEDE FOAM NF should be printed in the last screen to prevent pickup.

2. Curing: Achieve the perfect suede effect by curing at a maximum temperature of 150°C (305°F) for 3 minutes.

Optional Additives:

Enhance your printing experience with our recommended additives:

• Retardent Gel Conc (2% max): Extends open time on the screen.
• Clear CSP (1% max): Increases product viscosity for adjustable texture.
• Crosslinker 500 (3% max): Lowers curing time and/or temperature to 120°C (248°F) for 2 minutes, optimizing production speed.

Storage & Safety:

Store in a cool, properly sealed environment between >5°C (40°F) and <25°C (77°F). Health and safety data sheets are available upon request, ensuring a safe and compliant printing process.
